Delivery Times & Details

Roof Trusses, Posi-Joists & Glulam: Typically delivered in 5-10 days from point of order confirmation. On our website, this means the point at which we have provided a design after ordering and you have confirmed in writing that it is correct and ready for manufacture. This lead time is subject to change based on workload and may increase or decrease. Our vehicles do not feature mechanical offloading. The customer is fully responsible for the removal of their products from the vehicles upon delivery, including arranging mechanical offloading facilities if required. Deliveries are carried out on a range of vehicles, from 10T to 40T articulated vehicles. Please let us know in your order notes if you require a specific vehicle. 

Metalwork: Metalwork is dispatched from an external warehouse and delivered in 1-3 working days. Delivery for orders under £300 is £20. Delivery for orders £300 and over is free. 

Delivery rates and delivery estimates

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on location. This can range from £20+VAT for metalwork to £80+VAT-£250+VAT for trusses, joists & glulam.

Delivery Locations

Tailor Made Designs Ltd delivers to most of central England and select postcodes in Wales. We do not deliver to Scotland. We have chosen not to deliver to select postcodes in England and Wales due to distance, road conditions or logistics. The best way to find out if we deliver to your postcode is to add an item to your basket and input your address. 

International Delivery Policy

We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
