I cannot rate this company highly enough. I have only just finalised my order with them but have been so impressed with them that I wanted to review them immediately. Their customer service is exceptional. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had a delay in ordering and so needed quite a tight turnaround. Tailor Made Designs made it happen - without this I would have lost the carpenter and potentially the bricklayer as we have had previous issues with our build that have delayed things. Email correspondence was replied to very quickly (by which I mean within an hour or two) and were a good balance between friendly and professional. I spoke to three different people on the phone who were all polite, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Tailor Made Designs.
Excellent service from the team. From the initial enquiry for Posi-Joists through quotation, specification, order and delivery, Tailor-Made were helpful and professional. Their pricing was also competitive. The joists are now installed and look good and we will use them again for the second part of our project.

We used TMD, on our most recent project, we hadn’t used them before. But all went great, even supplied with braces, brackets and drawings, will certainly be using TMD again for all our projects
