    Delivery varies depending on location and is calculated at the checkout. We don't deliver to Scotland, highlands and islands, North Yorkshire, York, Cumbria, Durham, Northumberland and parts of Cornwall. Most deliveries are made using our own fleet of vehicles which can range from 7.5T flatbed to 40T articulated. These vehicles are not equipped with HIAB facilities.

    Collection from our factory in Hereford (HR2 6BQ) is free, and depending on what you've ordered, can be picked up in as little as a day.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most of England, including Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Cheshire, Cornwall, Derbyshire, Devon, Dorset, Essex, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Herefordshire, Hertfordshire, Kent, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Middlesex, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Rutland, Shropshire, Somerset, Staffordshire, Suffolk, Surrey, Sussex, Warwickshire, Wiltshire & Worcestershire. We also deliver to parts of Wales.

Where don't you deliver to?

We don't deliver as far South as Cornwall, further north than Yorkshire or as far east as some parts of Norfolk. This is simply because the delivery cost begins to outweigh the cost of the products. We don't deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland or to any of the highlands and islands.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the time of year and delivery location, it could be as little as a few days to a maximum of 2-3 weeks. We rarely have to push back deliveries further than this unless there's an unexpected stock shortage.

Is there a HIAB on your lorry?

There is no HIAB on any of our vehicles. We would recommend hiring a crane, teleporter or forklift to unload your trusses, joists or glulam. Alternatively, if the items you've ordered aren't heavy (your quote will have the weights on it), you can offload by hand.
