    The delivery cost varies depending on location and is calculated at the checkout. Most deliveries are made using our own fleet of vehicles which can range from 7.5T flatbed to 40T articulated. These vehicles are not equipped with HIAB facilities. Please note, there are various locations we don't deliver to due to distance, road conditions and more. You can add something to your basket and input your postcode to check.

FAQs

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most of England and select postcodes in Wales. There are various postcodes and areas of the country that we have chosen not to deliver to due to distance, road conditions and logistics. The best way to check if we deliver to your area is to add something to your basket and input your postcode.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to operate to a 5-10 working day lead time (from point of order confirmation) all year round for roof trusses, Posi-Joists and glulam beams. This is not a guarantee and may increase for complex projects, during busy periods, etc.

Is there a HIAB on your lorry?

There is no HIAB on any of our vehicles. We would recommend hiring a crane, teleporter or forklift to unload your trusses, joists or glulam. Alternatively, if the items you've ordered aren't heavy (your quote will have the weights on it), you can offload by hand.
