I cannot rate this company highly enough. I have only just finalised my order with them but have been so impressed with them that I wanted to review them immediately. Their customer service is exceptional. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had a delay in ordering and so needed quite a tight turnaround. Tailor Made Designs made it happen - without this I would have lost the carpenter and potentially the bricklayer as we have had previous issues with our build that have delayed things. Email correspondence was replied to very quickly (by which I mean within an hour or two) and were a good balance between friendly and professional. I spoke to three different people on the phone who were all polite, friendly and very helpful. Thank you Tailor Made Designs.
