Alsford Timber's EWP department approached us to supply Posi-Joists for the Braccans, a 3 storey building with permission to construct an additional 2 floors. Posi-Joists were selected for their long spans and ease of service routing; essential when dividing the space into flats. Almost 300 Posi-Joists went into the design, ranging from as little as 1.5 metres to 6 metres in span.
